WASHNGTON: A delegation of Pakistan’s top economic managers, led by Adviser on Finance Shaukat Tareen, arrived here to represent Pakistan at the annual World Bank-IMF spring meetings.
Besides attending the annual forum of the global financial institutions, Tareen will meet with their top leaders to discuss cooperation for Pakistan’s economic development. He will also meet senior U.S. officials and discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral economic relationship.
The delegates will also meet finance officials from other countries. The delegation includes Minister of State for Economic Affairs, Hina Rabbani Khar, Governor State Bank, Syed Salim Raza, Secretary Finance and Secretary Economic Affairs Division.
