ATLANTA - The Atlanta City Council is scheduled to vote Monday on funding for a major upgrade at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
The council will decide whether to release up to $800 million to finish construction of Hartsfield-Jackson's new international terminal.
Last week, finance officials unanimously approved two bonds for the $1.5 billion project -- clearing the way for Monday's vote.
