Rezai: First WTA triumph

The 22-year-old beat Czech Lucie Hradecka 7-6 6-1 to become the first Frenchwoman to win the tournament.

She broke her opponent's serve on four occasions while Hradecka threw away nine break chances.

Afterwards Rezai revealed the pressure of winning her first-ever WTA event had got to her.

Afraid

"I was a bit afraid at the beginning of the match. It was hard to cope with the pressure," Rezai told the tournament's official website.

"Mentally, it was the most difficult match of the week."
